How To Keep Children Healthy Lifestyle

     How to healthy lifestyle.  Easy to say, but sometimes not so easy to do. Rushing to and from school  can make it hard to find time to be physically active. Children can also slip into the habit of choosing unhealthy snacks and take-away foods or spending their free time watching television or in front of the computer. However, these choices can be dangerous for children’s health. Both now and in the long-term. That’s why it’s so important to stop,and make a conscious decision to follow a healthy lifestyle.
     There are three ways for children to lead a healthy lifestyle. First, be active by playing together. Kids need 60 minutes of daily physical activity. Play with your kids every day. It's fun for them and fun for you too. Parents should be good role models and have a positive attitude to being active. As example, plan family activities that get everyone moving such as biking, playing badminton or playing ball at the park.
     Second, eat more fruit and vegetables. Most children need at least 1½ cups of fruit and 2 cups of vegetables a day. Serve juicy, crunchy, delicious fruits and vegetables at every meal and snack. Eating fruit and vegetables every day helps children grow and develop, boosts their vitality and can reduce the risk of many chronic diseases.
    Next, remove televisions and video games from bedrooms.They need to get 8 hours of sleep each day. Kids who get enough sleep are more likely to maintain a healthy weight and perform better in school.
